You are also eligible to set up an automatic, monthly (Autoship) order of over $50.00 and receive free shipping on the first autoshiped order (only in the U.S.).

RE-ORDER ONLINE:

Remember and Save your customer ID number and password. Your customer ID should look something like "101068430". It will be emailed to you from Youngevity when you place your first order. If you do not receive an email order confirmation, please check your spam box.

LOGIN:

When you get to the checkout page, login by clicking the "Already a member? Login here." button. Enter your customer ID number for your User ID.

ACCESS BUSINESS CENTER:

LOST PASSWORD:

If you forgot your password, you have two main options for recovering it.

You can go to the Business Center's Request Password page by clicking here. Then request your password by entering your Customer ID number. You many need to wait a few minutes for the password email to arrive. Check your spam box, if you don't receive it within the hour.

The most reliable option is to call Youngevity's customer support at 1-800-982-3189 during regular West Coast business hours. They can also look up your account using your name, if you loose your Customer ID.

AUTOSHIP:

Youngivity offers a great Autoship service (an automatic monthly purchase) that allows you to save money on orders over $50.00 by not paying shipping. This is offered ONLY in the United States. To activate your Autoship, go into your Business Center and on the purple bar click the "Autoship" tab and follow the directions.
