In talking, Paul tells us to count the amount of nutrients we eat instead of the amount of calories we eat as this is decidedly more important. Also, eating organic food only means that there are no pesticides in them but it doesn’t mean that the food is nutritious.

In the food we eat, it is not only the Carbohydrates but also the Glycemic Index which needs to be considered.

Paul goes on to explain the nutrients that are not spoken of enough, that do not get enough attention & that are so absolutely important to our health & they are the Amino Acids. A tip from Paul is to ensure you have enough muscle as muscle is metabolism. Another tip from Paul is that Fat does not make you fat. Yes, you read correctly!!!
